6S Climber Emotions Cards

Using a unique carabiner format, just twist the cards out to explore a range of common yet often overlooked feelings that many young people experience. 6S (success) Climber Emotions Cards promote emotional literacy and social competence and they cover the following emotions:
• Angry
• Jealous
• Bossy
• Bored
• Lonely.

The cards can be used in a variety of ways to examine both a young person’s own emotions and those of others around them. Using the suggested activities, each section can be used independently to focus on a particular aspect of the selected feeling. Alternatively, use the whole set as a stimulus for work with individuals or in groups.
