Alcohol Prevention Bingo

Encourage students to think about the effects of drinking alcohol and how to discourage its use with this novel bingo activity. The calling cards each provide a potential topic for group involvement and discussion so that by the end of the game players will:
• Understand why teenagers drink
• Have been presented with the myths and facts about alcohol use
• Know about the short and long-term physical effects of drinking
• Realise the truth about drinking and driving
• Know of ways to say no to alcohol use.
