The key teaching points of these chillouts are to help children deal with stress and learn to relax, concentrate and calm down. By acting out 10 various shapes and formations pupils will learn to:
• Slow down their movements
• Concentrate on what they are doing
• Look at what they are doing
• Breathe in and out slowly
