This tried and tested programme helps young people to acknowledge the importance of their own emotional development and realise that only they can improve it.
There are 12 sessions and many varied and exciting activities, with subjects covering:
• Appearance
• Girlfriends
• Sex
• Problem solving
• Drugs awareness
• Future goals.
The activities are suitable for a wide range of students, including boys who are extremely challenging in terms of their behaviour and social development.
