Hatch an Idea Game

Children who are good social problem solvers are more confident, make friends more easily and even do better at school. This game teaches children creative interpersonal problem solving as well as traditional problem solving. It covers areas such as:
• Stating the problem in observable terms
• Brainstorming multiple solutions
• Comparing solutions
• Deciding on a best-fit solution
• Testing that solution in the real world
• Evaluating the outcome and its effectiveness.

There are three different ways to play the game, one aimed at 6 to 8 year olds, one at 9 to 12 year olds or all ages.
