Choosing the products you want
- Place items into your shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to Basket” button next to the item description
- You can check your Shopping Basket at any stage by clicking on the ‘Basket’ icon on the top right hand side
- When you have completed your order simply click on the Checkout
- You can return to the catalogue pages at any time for forgotten items right up until you click on the Complete Order icon
Making a Wishlist
- Place items into your Wishlist by clicking on the “Add to Wishlist” button next to the item description
- You can check your Wishlist at any stage by clicking on “My Account” in the top right hand side of your screen. Then go to your Wishlist tab and see your list of desired products.
- From the Wishlist you can add products straight to your basket to purchase by using the ‘Add to Basket’ button and then following the order process above.
Completing your order
Secure Online Ordering
Complete details on the order form and click on ‘Next icon’. All details on the form (including payment card information) will be sent using a secure link and are totally confidential
Ordering by Telephone
When you reach the Checkout stage print off your order which will include an order number. Call 0845 180 0140 (International +44(0) 1752 202380) ensuring you quote the order number on your print out.
Ordering by Fax
At the Checkout stage print off your order to fax to: 0845 180 0141 (International +44(0) 1752 202330)

Please note UK Schools; Educational Authorities; Social Services; NHS organisations; Institutions; etc., can provide us with a Purchase Order number to make payment via invoice, or pre-pay, as preferred. Orders from private addresses must be pre-paid before orders can be despatched
Postage and Despatch
FREE for pre-paid orders
The following charges will apply for non pre-paid orders:
- £3.50 for orders valued under £25.00
- £5.00 for orders valued under £50.00
- £8.75 for orders £50.00 and over
- £12.50 for next day delivery by 5pm if received by 12 noon the previous day.
For orders delivered outside the UK, packing and freight will be charged at cost - please send your order and we will contact you with an exact cost to include shipping - or call 0845 180 0140 for details
Overseas Orders - VAT and other duties
VAT at a rate of 20% is added to all items except books. VAT will not be charged where a VAT registration number has been provided. This conforms with EEC regulations.
If ordering from outside the EC, the buyer will be responsible for any taxes, import duties or similar
