Incentive Plus will refund or exchange items returned to us in good condition for resale within 30 days of invoicing.
Before returning your item, please email us at incentiveplus@nbninternational.com and let us know your :
• order number
• product name and item number
• reason for return.
Repackage the product(s) carefully, make sure you include the completed returns form and copy of your delivery note/invoice in your package. Keep a copy for your records.
The labels supplied (on your returns form) are not freepost so we recommend that you send your return via a delivery method that allows you to track the package (or request proof of delivery).
