Returns & Refunds

Incentive Plus is happy to offer you a refund or an exchange on items returned to us in good condition for resale within 30 days of invoicing.

Before returning your item, please email us at returns@incentiveplus.co.uk and let us know your order number, product name and problem with your order.

Repackage the product(s) carefully, make sure you include the completed returns form in your package and keep a copy for your records.

The labels supplied (on your returns form) are not freepost so we recommend that you send your return via a delivery method that allows you to track the package (or request proof of delivery).
