This inspired resource works by tossing or rolling the cube to another person, who then combines the inner scenario cube with the substance that faces them to initiate conversation. For example, if the upward facing substance is ‘alcohol’ and the upward facing scenario cube reads ‘family’, then the student could give an example of how alcohol might affect the family. The questions the cube combinations generate are practically limitless; it is very ‘open’ in its delivery and is a great way for young people to not only learn but also think about substance abuse.
