You're The Boss

Explores which behaviours will lead to job success and which behaviours will lead to the unemployment line. Players have fun learning the importance of reliability, responsibility, integrity and the work ethic. Players in the game are the managers of department stores. They must hire, fire, set sales goals, etc.

In order to win, they must fire the employees who are irresponsible and have bad work habits. In the post game discussion, players explain why they fired certain employees.
